Remote support – from £10
We are often able to diagnose and fix problems by talking to you over the telephone and logging onto your device remotely when required, through a dedicated secure channel. We may also be able to take you through simple fixes to your software problems so that you can get the most from your IT. Our initial fee is £10 for 30 minutes of remote support. Most of our remote support is charged at a fixed rate of £20 per hour on a pro rata basis. There is no charge if we are unable to fix your problem remotely.
Should you require IT-Smith Support Ltd to connect remotely to a PC, tablet, laptop, server, or network, we advise at this point that we will not be responsible for the loss of or damage to any hardware, software, and data.
